Pricing FAQ
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the universal currency for all image generation and editing on BananaShop AI (powered by Nano Banana). Different tasks, models, and resolutions consume different amounts. You can see the exact credit cost before generating.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Credits purchased as one-time packs do not expire and are consumed after subscription credits.
Can I use generated images commercially?
Yes, all paid plans include a commercial license. Free plan images are for personal use only. Commercial use does not grant copyright over third-party content in your inputs.
What happens if a generation fails?
If a generation fails due to a system error, your credits are automatically refunded. You will see a clear message explaining what happened and that credits were returned.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or via Stripe Customer Portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Are my uploaded images private?
Yes. Your uploaded images are private by default and stored with short-lived signed URLs. We never use your images for model training.
