1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VisualMint AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

VisualMint AI provides AI-powered image generation and editing tools. We offer both free and paid plans with varying features and credit allocations.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Generate content involving the sexualization of minors.
• Create non-consensual intimate content.
• Produce deepfakes for deception, fraud, or malicious impersonation.
• Generate content that is illegal, violent, or infringes on intellectual property.
• Upload or process others' sensitive portraits without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.

4. Credits and Billing

Credits are consumed per generation based on model tier, resolution, and output count. Credits are non-refundable except for system failures. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs do not expire.

5. Commercial Use

Paid plan subscribers receive a commercial license for generated images. Free plan images are for personal use only. Commercial use does not grant copyright over third-party content that may appear in your inputs or outputs.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact billing@visualmint.ai for refund requests.

7. Limitation of Liability

VisualMint AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.
